5.1 Accepted Methods. bw231 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. bw231 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time.

5.4 No Credit. bw231 does not offer credit facilities. All gaming activity must be funded from your available account balance. bw231 does not accept deposits made using credit cards for gambling purposes.
5.5 Processing Times. Deposit processing times vary by payment method. bw231 endeavors to credit deposits promptly but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

6.6 Right to Withhold. bw231 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending the outcome of an investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. You must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable.

11.3 Any unauthorized use of bw231's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bw231 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 bw231's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bw231 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 bw231 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bw231's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 By bw231. bw231 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. In the event of termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited.
13.2 By the Player. You may close your bw231 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 9, 11, 12, and 14.

15.1 bw231 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bw231 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bw231 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
